Photo by Bob ParanaThe Elk County Catholic Lady Crusaders will play for a second-straight District 9 Class A championship after beating North Clarion, 51-30 in Kane on Tuesday.
The Kane Lady Wolves were beaten 28-21 by Karns City in the D9 3A championship game at Clarion University.
The two-seed ECC girls will play top-seed Otto-Eldred for the title on Saturday, at Clarion University. The Lady Terrors beat DuBois Central Catholic, 61-40.
DCC and North Clarion will play the consolation game on Thursday, and both will advance to the PIAA tournament. The contest for the fifth spot between Clarion and Port Allegany is the same night.
