Elker alumni golfing during last year's Elker Football Team Golf Tournament at Laurel Mill Golf Course. This year's event will be held on Saturday, Jul. 16.
Photo by Bob ParanaThe 22nd Annual Elker Football Team Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 16 at Laurel Mill Golf Course in Ridgway.
You can register for the four-man team event by contacting Elker head coach Mark Heindl (814-594-5583) or Laurel Mill (814-772-1015).
The fee for the 11 a.m. shot gun start covers 18 holes of golf, cart, entry into all skill events, lunch at the turn, and dinner.
The proceeds from the tournament will be used to run a two-day camp in August for the Elkers Varsity and Junior High programs.
Ridgway will open the regular season at home on Friday, Aug. 26 against Port Allegany.
