"For years I have dreamed about a place to sell my family and friends amazing products, art and jewelry, and when this storefront became vacant, I jumped at the chance," said Kim Bonfardine warmly as she showed off her new store. "'Unique Creations and Nifty Gifts' is a phrase I like to use," said Bonfardine. "Kinda explains it all."
An eclectic collection of items carefully arranged dot the tables and shelves, lining the store with handmade scarves, not at all out of place alongside the organic refrigerated doggie treats.
"Girl Sprouts" is a line of organic, handmade products designed for young ladies and tailored to their tastes.
"My friend wanted products for her daughters that did not contain all the harsh chemicals and adult fragrances of most products, so she created her own," said Bonfardine. Grapefruit face wash sits beside bubblegum lip balm and strawberry scent mist. Other products include organic elderberry tincture and dandelion salve.
