3 St. Marys juveniles waive appearances

Staff Writer

The three St. Marys juveniles that are charged in an alleged Jan. 28 home invasion waived their formal arraignments that were scheduled before President Judge Richard A. Masson in the Elk County Court of Common Pleas on Monday.
Waiving this appearance is a common occurrence for defendants that have attorneys like the three juveniles do.
The formal arraignment serves as a mostly informational appearance for defendants to be informed of various rights and court procedures.
The three juveniles, 17-year-olds Kenneth S. Kremple and Isaac Wehler, and 16-year-old Jarren Richard Wendel, remain imprisoned on multiple felony charges.
