The installation of a Marcellus Shale gas well near the Ridgway Reservoir raised concerns for members of the Ridgway Borough Council.
According to Environmental Manager Paul McCurdy, Seneca Resources Corporation is constructing a gas well west of the Ridgway Reservoir along Windfall Run.

Ridgway, Pa. – The installation of a Marcellus Shale gas well near the Ridgway Reservoir raised concerns for members of the Ridgway Borough Council.
