Josh Mitchell had a complete game victory for the Wilcox American Legion team against St. Marys in Game 2 of the Elk County American Legion Baseball Championship Series.

WILCOX – The Elk County American Legion Baseball League Championship will come down to one game Wednesday night.
Wilcox evened the best-of-three series with St. Marys after a 6-1 victory Monday night at Jones Township Community Park.
Game 3 of the series will be Wednesday at Berwind Park beginning at 7:30 p.m.
"It shows a lot of character on the kids, it's an elimination game for us," Wilcox coach Jeff Peterson said. "They battled and played well. Hopefully, we can still play strong Wednesday and keep after it. It's going to be a good game. They're an outstanding team. It's going to be a good game, it's a good series. That's what people like to see. It's not a wash either way."
