State police apprehend suspects in homicide |

The Ridgway-based state police have apprehended two suspects, who are currently housed in the Elk County Prison, in the homicide of Timothy Patrick Finucan.
The Ridgway-based state police have apprehended two suspects in the shooting death of Timothy Patrick Finucan, 50, of Sigel. Raymond James Lambert, 18, of Marienville and Stephen Gail Hall, 17, of Marienville are currently housed in the Elk County Jail after being arraigned on the charges of criminal homicide, criminal attempt burglary, criminal attempt robbery, criminal conspiracy burglary and criminal conspiracy robbery in Magisterial District Office 59-3-02. During the course of investigation, information was obtained that Lambert and Hall were involved in the criminal homicide. Criminal homicide is not considered a delinquent offense, therefore Hall is being charged as an adult. Finucan's body was discovered at his home, located on a private drive off Loleta Road in Millstone Township. Finucan died as the result of a gunshot wound. |
