Judge Richard Masson sentenced guilty defendants during Monday morning's session of Return Day.
The first person to be sentenced was James Matthew McDonald, 35 of Weedville. McDonald was charged with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and two possessions of drug paraphernalia. McDonald had asked Judge Masson for a probation revocation and a preliminary hearing will be on a later date.
Abbie Marie O’Rourke, 23 of Johnsonburg was sentenced for endangering welfare of children. O’Rourke had also went against probation orders. She was given 90 days incarceration with credit for her time served since Dec. 26, 2007, and a fee of $131.94 for Sheriff’s cost.
Barry Wayne Martell, 19 was sentenced with incarceration for 24-48 months, $30 supervision fee, restitution in the amount of $790.00, cost of prosecution $274.75, the fee of DNA testing in the amount of $250, and a fine of $500 for two counts of robbery, one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, one count of receiving stolen property, and one count of simple assault.
Bernadett Marie Lyons, 36 of Johnsonburg, was sentenced for one count of burglary, one count of criminal trespass, one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and one county of criminal conspiracy. Lyons was given incarceration for 131 days up to 24 months and one day, a supervision fee of $30 per month, a fine of $500, restitution in the amount of $1,850, the cost of DNA testing in the amount of $250, and the cost of prosecution $274.75.
John Matthew Schlopy, 20 of Kane was sentenced for a count of burglary, one count of criminal trespass, one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and one count of criminal conspiracy. Schlopy was given incarceration from 11 months up till 24 months, a $30 supervision fee, a fine of $500, restitution $1,850, and cost of prosecution in the amount of $543.74.
Angel Perez, 20 of Johnsonburg was seen before the court, but probation revocation was pushed back until a later date.

Mary Ann Hulings, 28 of Kane was charged with one count of criminal conspiracy, one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, one count of receiving stolen property. Hulings was sentenced with probation for 12 months, a fine of $300, restitution in the amount of $350, $1,250 to the Victim Center, and $350 to Erie Insurance. Hulings also was sentenced with cost of prosecution in the amount of $267.65.
William Joseph Barnhart, 27 of St. Marys was charged with loitering and prowling at night time. Barnhart was sentenced with 12 months of probation, $30 supervision fees, a fine in the amount of $300 and the cost of prosecution in he amount of $274.25.
Matthew P. Levenduski, 23 of St. Marys was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors, and selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors. Levenduski was sentenced with incarceration for no less then 90 days and no longer then 12 months with work release, $30 per month supervision fees, a minimum fine of $1,000, the cost of prosecution in the amount of $374.25 and a $100 substance abuse fee.
Robert James Lyons, 23 of Johnsonburg was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and criminal conspiracy. Lyons was sentenced with 12-24 months incarceration, with a credit of his time currently being served, $30 per month supervision fees, a fine of $500, a $250 fee for DNA testing, cost of prosecution $790.95 and restitution in the amount of $1,850.
Scott Alan Bryan, 46 of Byrnedale was charged with four counts of Driving After Imbibing, driving on the right side of the roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed, maximum speed limits, careless driving, reckless driving, restraint systems-driver. Bryan’s sentencing will continue in April due to medical conditions.
Mary Ann Stolburg, 44 of Ridgway was charged with access device fraud and identity theft. Stolburg was sentenced to 12 months probation, $30 per month supervision fees, a fine in the amount of $300, restitution in the amount of $422.72 and the cost of prosecution in the amount of $274.25.
Gerald Earl McCracken, 29 of Kersey was charged with possession f a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. McCracken’s sentencing will continue at a later date.
Glenda Lee Seabolt, 48 of St. Marys was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and simple trespasser. Seaboolt was sentenced to 12 months probation, $30 per month supervision fees, a fine in the amount of $300, restitution in the amount of $1,164.64, and the cost of prosecution $274.25.
Frank Thomas VanVoorhis, 29 of Benezette was charged with four counts of DAI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, stopping, standing or parking outside business and residence, restrictions on alcohol beverages, and restraints systems-driver. VanVoorhis was sentenced to a substance abuse program for five years with the first 90 days incarcerated, $30 per month supervision fees, $1,500 fine, $100 for the influence defenders program, 50 hours of community service, and cost of prosecution $587.75.
Jacqueline J. Lockard, 40 of Ridgway was charge d with confinement of dogs. Lockard was sentenced to six months of probation with $30 per month supervision fees, and $275.90 for the cost of prosecution.
Terry A. Titchner, 58 of Ridgway was charged with two counts of indecent assault. Titchner will be assessed by the assessment board and his case will be viewed at a later date.
Charles W. Witt, 31 of Arcade, N.Y. was charged with four counts of DAI, drivers required to be licensed, driving not he right Sid of the roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at a safe speed, careless driving, period for requiring lighted lamps, and restraint systems- driver. Witt was sentenced with 60 days loss of driver’s license, cost of prosecution in the amount of $362.75, and 35 hours of community service.
Brandon Michael Weidow, 20 or Byrndeale was charged with four counts of DAI, careless driving, turning movements and required signals, and minor prohibited from operating with alcohol in system. Weidow was sentenced with 90 days loss of licenses, 35 hours of community service, and the cost of prosecution in he amount of $467.25.
Patrick Stone McQuay, 36 of Ridgway was charged with four counts of DAI, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, driving on the right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, reckless driving, and driving vehicle at a safe speed. McQuay was sentenced to 60 days loss of license, phase two, cost of prosecution $598.75, and 35 hours of community service.
Adam Lee Schlimm, 27 or Kersey was sentenced with phase one, 30 day loss of license, and $467.25 cost of prosecution, and 35 hours of community service for three counts of DAI, registration care to be signed, exhibited on demand, stop signs and yield signs, turning movements and required signals, and careless driving.
Reid Aaron Barnett, 52 of Ridgway was charged with two counts of DAI, and driving on right side of roadway. Barnett was sentenced with 30 loss of license, phase two, 35 hours of community service,, and $461.75 for the cost of prosecution.
