Post Offices to operate on Saturday schedules on Christmas Eve |

ERIE - Postal Officials have announced that Post Offices throughout the Erie District, encompassing 155, 157-168 ZIP Code areas, will be operating at regular Saturday hours on Monday, Dec. 24. Customers wishing to mail on Dec. 24 are advised to take note of their local Post Office’s Saturday window service hours if they choose to purchase stamps or mail packages on this day.
Express mail will be accepted until closing time on Dec. 24 and is delivered 365 days a year including Christmas day. Customers are advised to check with their Post Office for next day delivery commitment for Express Mail if they are seeking delivery on Dec. 25.
Mail collection from official postal collection boxes and other postal locations will be on a Saturday schedule as well, meaning customers should follow the time posted for each collection box.
