Two Ridgway residents have been charged in their alleged involvement with the kidnapping, assault and unlawful restraint of Rachael Imdorf.
Ridgway Borough Police responded to 167 Main St., Apt. 2C in Ridgway, where Angel Phinazee reported that her car had been broken into. According to affidavits of probable cause, Phinazee's boyfriend, Dayon McCracken, 23, of Reading, found Imdorf asleep in Phinazee's van around 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
