BROCKPORT – The Horton Township Supervisors voted unanimously to seal Bundy Settlement and Squab Hollow Roads during their regular meeting Wednesday night.
Authority members approved a purchase of one load of oil for approximately $16,000.
According to roadmaster Randy Carr, oil is estimated at $3.30 per gallon.
"When I first started here it was 28 cents a gallon," Carr said.
Carr also suggested other roads that could use some of the oil.
"There are a couple places I want to spot-treat," Carr said. "The piece on Oyster Run, there are a couple blowout spots. I want to oil them too before we lose them and any place else."
