St. Marys man charged in firearms theft

ST. MARYS – A St. Marys resident is charged in removing guns from his mother's home and attempting to sell them.
Police report that Robert Herrick Pearsall, 25, of 172 Robin Rd., St. Marys, attempted to sell four guns at Elk County Ammo and Arms on April 30. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Pearsall's mother told police that the guns were left to her and and her other son by her late husband.
