St. Leo's Festival sees large turnout

The St. Leo’s Festival was again blessed with great weather and the same could be said about the crowd. Kids were enjoying the bounce houses and slides, playing mini-golf and taking a train tour around the grounds.
There also were food vendors, games, and a place to buy trinket mementos for all ages along with a tribute to “Elvis” by Bobby Calla with music backup by The Hammer.
The adults got to see a great seventh annual car show with 54 vehicles present. Cash prizes were awarded with a trophy given in memory of Ernest T. Oldani, a lifelong resident of this area who had won more than 320 first-place awards along with dozens of gold class and best in show prizes with his Classic 1980 Monte Carlo. Ernest died in August 2011.
