Son charged with setting fire to father's house

ST. MARYS - A 25-year-old St. Marys man has been charged with arson and other felony charges related to a fire at the 137 Lynch Rd. home of his father and stepmother that occurred in the early-morning hours of July 14.
Steven Ray Hulings was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Mark Jacob on felony charges of arson-danger of death or bodily injury; arson with intent to destroy unoccupied building; reckless burning or exploding- places property having value that exceeds $5,000 or automobile, place; reckless burning or exploding-places uninhabited or unoccupied structure in danger of damage or destruction; burglary; criminal mischief/damage tangible property of another intentionally, recklessly, or by negligence; criminal trespass breaking into structure; criminal trespass-entering structure.
