Ridgway wrestling honored its four seniors before the varsity dual against Smethport which the Hubbers won 42-27 Wednesday night at Ridgway Area High School.
Ridgway's four seniors are Brett Himes, Cortland Smith, John Wildnauer and Zac McKnight.
The Elkers also honored the video operators, Mike Prechtl and Dustin Reed. Senior cheerleaders were also honored. The senior cheerleaders are Logan Feronti, Christine Schauer, Emily Pierce and Tracey Ecklund.
Ridgway had the advantage in the nine matches wrestled on the mat, winning five of those nine bouts.
"This is one of those matches where there's a lot on the line with Senior Night," Ridgway coach David Fordoski said. "The kids came out and wrestled really well. We won a lot of those matches right at the end and those are the matches you like to win. Winning head-to-head makes you feel pretty good too."
