The Ridgway Major League softball All-Stars lost 20-16 in seven innings to Bradford Wednesday at the Ridgway Little League fields along Grant Road.

After a flyout, Britnee Thorwart singled to load the bases. Hannah Park then hit a sharp shot to the Bradford pitcher. The ball was thrown away on the attempt to first base, scoring White, Viglione and Thorwart. Bradford ended the game with a double play on the next hitter to close out the game.

Park reached on a Bradford error and Thorwart crossed home plate on the play. Maddie Herzing walked as did Jaylie Johnson. With the bases loaded, Kylee Wall walked to score Park. Maci Herzog singled to score Herzing and White walked to score Johnson and make the lead 7-3. After a fielder's choice, Alford again reached on an error which plated Herzog. Thorwart singled home both White and Viglione as Ridgway led 10-3 after the first inning.
Bradford wound up wasting little time in squaring the game in the second inning, scoring seven times to tie the game at 10-all.
Bradford took the lead in the third inning as Jones singled to lead off. She would later score on a wild pitch.
The 11-10 lead for Bradford remained until the fifth inning as Bradford added another run. A single from Manion plated Dietze.

Viglione reached base on an infield single to load the bases. Alford walked to score Herzog. A single from Thorwart scored both White and Viglione to give Ridgway a 13-12 lead after five innings.
Bradford tied the game in the top of the sixth inning as Tiffany Bair singled and scored on a double from Jones.
