Program for parents of young children designed to help teach faith, values

ST. MARYS – An upcoming program will help parents teach their young children about the formation of faith, values and virtues. 
Sponsored by Family Honor, Inc., the “Leading and Loving” program will be held Friday, Oct. 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School. It is designed to help parents with issues affecting their children from birth through fifth grade. The six one-hour sessions, two on Friday and four on Saturday, will feature short DVD presentations, parent activities and discussion. A parent activity workbook and printed and downloadable resources will be provided to allow for further reflection and future reference.
