Police: Bath salts growing problem in area

St. Marys City Police Officer Greg McManus in speaking to a group at a recent Town Hall meeting dealing with local drug trends explained that the drug is not yet criminalized and that producers are able to circumvent existing drug laws by labeling their products "not for human consumption."

This is according to St. Marys City Police Officer Greg McManus, who in speaking before a group of concerned parents and local law enforcement discussed the rise of stimulant bath salts use in the area at a town hall meeting held at the South St. Marys Street elementary school earlier this week.
