Paladino holds seat as school board president

JOHNSONBURG – Johnsonburg Area School District Board of Directors held their annual reorganizational meeting Thursday night before the regular meeting.
Board president Robert Paladino was unanimously approved to serve another one-year term as board president. Paladino has served on the school board for over 20 years.
Richard Warmbrodt will remain in his current seat as vice president and serve another one-year term.
Newly-elected board member Todd Fannin sat in for his first board meeting Thursday night.
Paladino called to administer the Oath of Office to the newly-elected board members with certification of election form on file.
Solicitor Mark Jacob administered the Oath of Office to Paladino, Warmbrodt and Fannin.
