Michael Anthony Quattrone

Michael Anthony Quattrone, age 54, of 243 West Main St., Ridgway, died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, Sept. 17, 2013 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 12, 1958 in Ridgway, son of Frank (Chick) and Josephine Quattrone Jr.
He had resided in Ridgway all of his life and was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, a member of Boy Scout Troop 93 and served as an EMT with the Ridgway Ambulance. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He had been employed by Metaldyne for 15 years.
Surviving besides his parents are three daughters: Ann Quattrone of Ridgway, Jessica (Quattrone) Reed of Muncy and Michael Ann Quattrone of Ridgway; two grandchildren, Marissa and Brian Gulnac and the following brothers and sisters, Frank T. (Brenda) Quattrone of Ridgway, Roseanne (Allen) Gausman of Ridgway, Philip Quattrone of Pittsburgh and Lisa (Kevin) Kelley of Cranberry and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Antonio and Pasqualina Defranco and his paternal grandparents Frank and Thamisn Quattrone Sr.
A Memorial Mass for Michael A. Quattrone will be celebrated at St. Leo Catholic Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Fr. Ross Miceli, resident priest of St. Leo Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Leo Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Thompson Funeral Home on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
