After staying home to raise her five children, she returned to school and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (1973) and Master of Fine Arts (1975) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Marge became a professor at Westmoreland County Community College and enjoyed her teaching career there from 1975-1992, writing and publishing one of the textbooks for the Medical Secretarial Program which she started at the college. Marge was an inspirational teacher, was loved by her students, and enjoyed their return visits and learning of their many successes.
