ST. MARYS – A Brookville resident is charged with removing items from Sheetz and then threatening a witness with a 5 3/4 inch bladed knife.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, George Henry Mitchell Jr., 24, was observed around 8 p.m. on April 14 removing energy drinks and beef jerky from Sheetz while wearing a T-shirt that said "I love bath salts."
