LIFT grant to help students transition into college, workplace

Life and Independence for Today (LIFT) recently received a $5,000 grant from Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for its Peer Based Transition Support Services (PBTSS) program designed to help students with disabilities during life's major transitional phases.
