Law enforcement continues drug stings

District Attorney Shawn T. McMahon spoke at a press conference Tuesday afternoon concerning recent drug busts and how citizens can be aware of suspicious activity involving the synthetic drug "bath salts."
As a result of an ongoing investigation the following suspects have been charged in possession and distributing bath salts:
-- William Dilley (father of Jacob and Jeremiah), 55, 130 Poplar Rd., St. Marys, is charged with one count of possession of bath salts, one count of possession with intent to deliver bath salts and one count of criminal conspiracy to deliver bath salts.
-- Jacob Dilley, 21, 130 Poplar Rd., St. Marys, is charged with four counts of criminal use of a communications facility and one count of criminal conspiracy to deliver bath salts.
-- Jeremiah Dilley, 35, 42 Dippold Ave., St. Marys, is charged with four counts of criminal use of a communications facility, one count of criminal conspiracy to deliver bath salts and one count of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities.
-- Abby O'Rourke, 30, 331 1st Ave., Johnsonburg, is charged with one count of criminal conspiracy to deliver bath salts and one count of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities.
