“Overall we played better than our match against ECC [Elk County Catholic],” Johnsonburg coach Gregg Dauber said. “J.P. Allegretto and Mason Martonik are doing well in singles. We have some new guys that never played before and they are playing well. We need to get some matches in, hopefully the weather will start cooperating. It’s a work in progress, but the one thing I’ve been pleased with is that the kids never give up, no matter the score, it will come in time.”
Johnsonburg is scheduled to host DuBois Central Catholic next Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
