Fire department slowly increasing numbers

Photo courtesy www.ridgwayfiredepartment.org – The Ridgway Volunteer Fire Department brought in a new piece of equipment, a rescue-engine truck, earlier this year.
Despite a high age average amongst active members, Ridgway Fire Chief John Wygant was happy to report recently that the volunteer fire company has picked up some new members.
