Elk County Conservation District to hire two new employees

The Elk County Conservation District met Monday afternoon in the conference room at the Elk County Courthouse Annex to discuss the hiring of two new employees, and a few events put on by the district.
The district approved the hiring of one new employee and agreed to create a new position to accommodate a second new hire during Monday's meeting.
