Deadlocked jury in Weidow trial

June 26, 2014

After over five hours of jury deliberation Thursday, Judge Richard Masson declared a mistrial in the trial of Brandon Michael Weidow.
Masson told the court that the jury foreperson had met with him in the presence of council and stated that the jury was unable to render a verdict on any or all of the charges, nor was there any expectation that they would reach a verdict. Weidow declined to comment.
