Brockport man turned over to U.S. Marshals

A Brockport man jailed on drug and weapons charges was granted a bail modification in Elk County Court Thursday, effectively freeing him from the county jail and turning him over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals, who had lodged a federal detainer against him.
