Bonnie M. Keneske

Bonnie M. Keneske, 56, of 3374 Long Level Rd., Johnsonburg, died Saturday afternoon, June 30, 2012, at her residence following a short illness.
She was born Nov. 7, 1955 in Bradford, daughter of the late Harold H. and Shirley VanTassel Hunt.
On July 16, 1977 in Holy Rosary Church in Johnsonburg, she married Joseph R. Keneske, and he survives.
She resided in Johnsonburg since 1978.
She graduated from Gowanda High School, Gowanda, N.Y., in 1975 and attended BOCES for a degree in nursing.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Church and the Rolfe Sportsmen's Club.
She owned and operated Flowers By Bonnie in Ridgway for four years. She had also worked at the Ridgway Hospital for two years, Bradford Manor for two years, Wal-Mart, the DEB store in DuBois, the DuBois Flower Center, and Sears in DuBois.
In addition to her husband at home, she is survived by two daughters, Shannon Keneske of Johnsonburg and Brandy Keneske at home; a brother, Harold "Pat" Hunt and his wife Margaret of South Carolina; and a sister, Christine, Mrs. George Forrester of Gowanda, N.Y.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Dorman.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Bonnie M. Keneske will be conducted at Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg, on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. David J. Wilson, pastor.
Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Johnsonburg.
Friends will be received at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home, 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
