July 22, 2012

A large crowd turned out Saturday, July 21 for the annual Ridgway Firemen's Carnival parade.
Overcast skies provided comfortable temperatures Saturday during the parade that lasted nearly two hours. A new addition to this year's event was performances by the varsity and junior varsity cheerleaders from Marion Center High School.
Fire trucks came from Johnsonburg, Wilcox, Fox Township, Horton Township, Kane, Highland Township, Mt. Jewett, and others to add extra spice to the event.
