Area police clamp down on bath salt use, trafficking

Photo submitted by Emporium Borough Police – Pictured above are bath salts and drug paraphernalia seized recently by Emporium Police in two separate incidents. The rise in the drug's presence in Elk and Cameron Counties has police working double time to stem its rise in the area.
