September 25, 2012

A St. Marys man convicted of 189 counts of burglary and related charges stemming from a multitude of burglaries committed at camps throughout Elk, McKean, and Cameron counties was sentenced Monday in Elk County Court to serve no less than 11 years, 3 months and no more than 30 years in state prison.
Daniel Aiello, 27, of St. Marys, was convicted of the charges against him in August by a 12-member jury following a three-day trial which included testimony from victimized camp owners, investigators, Aiello's stepfather, and Aiello's half-brother and alleged accomplice, Mark Paul Kimes Aiello.
