4 Kane residents are arrested for selling drugs

KANE – Four Kane residents have been arrested on felony charges for allegedly selling drugs.
According to a press release issued Wednesday by McKean County District Attorney Ray Learn, those arrested include:
*Travis A. Whipple, 27, of 16 Field St., Kane.
He is charged with two felony counts of drug delivery and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.
On Jan. 23, Whipple allegedly sold heroin to a confidential informant.
On Feb. 15, Whipple allegedly sold morphine pills to a confidential informant.
*Virginia Mae Milner, 45, of 312 1/2 Welsh St., Kane.
She is charged with two felony counts of drug delivery.
On Feb. 8 and Feb. 11, Milner allegedly sold morphine to a confidential informant.
*Terry J. Morton, 31, of 119 Welsh St., Kane.
He is charged with one felony count of drug delivery. He is accused of selling Suboxone pills to a confidential informant on Jan. 30.
*Marlene Lee Dyne, 44, of 427 Hacker St., Kane.
She is charged with two felony counts of drug delivery.
On Oct. 13, 2011, Dyne allegedly sold Xanax pills to a confidential informant.
On Oct. 27, 2011, she allegedly sold Vicodin pills to a confidential informant.
In all cases, the confidential informant was working with and under the direct supervision of the McKean County Drug Task Force, according to the district attorney.
