Elizabeth Ann Seaman, 74, of Ridgway, formerly of Vinco, died April 29, 2013, in St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 4, 1939, in Owls Nest, daughter of Roy M. and Edna (Wickert) Neely. She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Robert Dell Seaman, on Dec. 28, 2011; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by sons Jimmy (Diane) Seaman, Liverpool, Pa., and Jeffrey Seaman, Vinco; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
A Johnsonburg man charged with sexually assaulting a female neighbor on two separate occasions, within days of each other, accepted a plea bargain in Elk County Court that saw felony charges of rape, sexual assault, burglary, and aggravated indecent assault dropped in exchange for his pleading guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor indecent assault.
ST. MARYS â€“ A Kersey couple charged with taking their own 11-month-old child from a relative's custody waived hearings in District Court Tuesday on charges stemming from the April 22 incident in which the two allegedly burglarized the legal guardian's home and snatched the child before leading cops on a chase that ended in downtown St. Marys.
Three St. Marys residents charged with killing four whitetail deer outside of hunting season and processing the animals in a St. Marys garage, pled guilty in Elk County Court Monday to various counts of unlawful killing of big game.

The man charged with the Jan. 8 gunpoint robbery of a Johnsonburg bank was sentenced Monday in Elk County Court to serve five to 10 years in state prison.
