Coudersport scored three times in a 4-minute stretch to break a 1-1 tie en route to a 4-1 win over Ridgway boys soccer Wednesday afternoon at Francis S. Grandinetti Elementary School.

JOHNSONBURG â€“ Elk County Catholic volleyball won 3-1 (25-13, 22-25, 25-11, 25-18) over Johnsonburg Tuesday night at Johnsonburg Area High School.
Ridgway girls golf hosted an AML match Tuesday afternoon at Laurel Mill Golf Course.
Ridgway finished with a team score of 293. Katie Thompson led the Lady Elkers with a 67. Sarah Szczotka had a 74 and Sam Carobine finished with a 75. Shania Reitz carded a 77 for Ridgway.
Last year, one stroke separated the Elkers from the District 9 boys golf team championship.
This year, it was a lot more than one stroke separating Ridgway boys golf from the rest of the pack. The Elkers took home the team title with a total score of 317 Monday afternoon on the opening day of the District 9 boys golf championships held at The Pennhills Club in Bradford.
Jake Klawuhn finished at 77, T.J. Schlimm had a 78 and Josh Roselli carded an 80 for the Elkers.
Mitchell Gilmore finished with an 82 for Ridgway.
Ridgway girls soccer won 6-0 against St. Marys in action Monday afternoon at Francis S. Grandinetti Elementary School.
It was the third straight win for the Lady Elkers. Ridgway won 1-0 at Port Allegany and 6-0 at Smethport last week.
Ridgway's first home game at Memorial Field in Ridgway turned out to be a successful one for the Elkers as Ridgway won 28-8 over Elk County Catholic Friday in the AML South Division opener for both teams.
Ridgway ran for 331 yards in the win with Cole Myers and Sam Delhunty both going over 100 yards rushing.
Ridgway volleyball won 3-1 (25-21, 25-23, 20-25, 25-8) over Kane Tuesday night at Ridgway Area HIgh School.
The Lady Elkers scored the first three points of the match, two points coming on Dani Shirey tips. Ridgway scored three straight points on two Kane errors and a Mandie Leithner kill. Leithner had 17 kills for the Lady Elkers.
JOHNSONBURG â€“ After dropping the second game Tuesday night, the visiting Lady Dutch regrouped to dispatch the Ramettes 3-1 (25-21, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20) on the volleyball court in Johnsonburg.
PORT ALLEGANY â€“ Port Allegany won its first game of the season Saturday afternoon with an 8-6 victory over Ridgway Saturday afternoon on Homecoming at Port Allegany High School.
