September 23, 2012

Ridgway boys soccer roared in the second half with four goals in a 5-2 victory over Curwensville Saturday at Francis S. Grandinetti Elementary School.
Tied at 1-all entering the second half, Ridgway wasted little time in taking the advantage on the scoreboard as Justin Kinkead ripped a shot into the upper left side just under two minutes into the half to give Ridgway a 2-1 lead.
Ridgway would score again in the 10th minute of the second half when Luke Bobby assisted Peter Pontzer on a goal which extended the Ridgway lead to 3-1.
