Ridgway wrestling coach Gary Gerber earned his 400th career coaching win at the Towanda Duals Saturday.
Gerber's 400th win came as the Elkers opened the Duals with a 41-24 victory over Milton.
"It felt great," Gerber said. "It's been great to be a part of Ridgway wrestling."
Ridgway finished with a 4-1 record in Towanda.
"The kids wrestled well all weekend," Gerber said. "We beat Port Allegany, another good team in the district and Towanda was a tough team."
Johnsonburg wrestler Jesse Wolfe recorded his 100th win at the Coudersport Duals over the weekend.
Wolfe secured his 100th win with a pinfall victory in the 135-pound bout against Lackawanna Trail. Wolfe is currently 13-0 this season.
Max Zimmerman was 4-1 at the Coudersport Duals and according to Johnsonburg wrestling coach Tom Launer, Zimmerman is currently at 92 career wins.
Johnsonburg is at Sheffield tonight.
