Linda Lee Reams, 66, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014.
She was born Jan. 30, 1948 in Warren. She was married to Brice Reams, who preceded her in death.
She grew up in Ridgway before moving to Johnsonburg. She spent the last four years of her life in New Mexico.
She is survived by her children, Michelle McMinn, Denise Kunes, Renee Hicks, Bryan Reams, and Stacey Warner; one brother and three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Holly McMinn.
Wayne D. Rapp, 78, of 269 Highland Rd., Kane, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 3, 2014 following an extended illness.
Born May 26, 1936 in Sackett, he was the son of Lawrence W. and Lillian F. Whipple Rapp. On Nov. 10, 1956 in Kane, he married Patricia J. Neely, who died in 1993.
Wayne worked for National Fuel Gas in various positions, retiring as an electrician in 1996Â after 33 years of service. During that time he also owned and operated Wayne's Sales &Â Service, performing small engine repair from his home.
Grace C. Gregory, 90, a resident of Elk Haven Nursing Home, and formerly of 596 S. St. Marys St., St. Marys, died peacefully Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
She was born Aug. 11, 1924, in Rasselas, a daughter of the late Maurice and Mary Keilocker MacDonald.
On May 23, 1953 in St. Leo's Church, she married Leo E. Gregory, who preceded her in death July 4, 1987.
Richard Joseph Peter Kowalski, 50, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.
Beloved brother, uncle, and friend, he was born July 2, 1964.
A resident of Johnsonburg, and a 1983 graduate of Johnsonburg Area High School, he was an employee of Roy B. Constable's Stores. Richard was loved by many, and always brought a special spirit into any room. He lived life to the fullest every day. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting, and playing cards with friends.
Victoria â€śVickiâ€ť Burlingame, 58, of Byrnedale, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at UPMC Montefiore after a lengthy illness.
She was born Nov. 8, 1956, daughter of Bonnie (Armstrong) Emery of Warren, and the late Keith Wegemer.
On Aug. 23, 1980, she married John â€śGregâ€ť Burlingame.
She was a graduate of Cameron County Area High School and studied at FLAME to become an Ordained Minister on Oct. 24, 2010.
Barbara Ann Kibler, 86, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014 at the Garfield County Health Center.
Barbara Ann Thompson was born to George and Romaine Kearney Thompson on Oct. 9, 1928. She joined sisters Jean and Adele. Later little sister Kay joined the family. Annâ€™s father was a coal miner and her mother was the secretary for Brockway Glass Company and a school teacher.
Gloria D. Gasbarre, 85, of West Long Avenue, DuBois, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at Christ the King Manor.
Born Dec. 11, 1928 in Lackawanna, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Leona Ellinger.
On April 17, 1948 in Ridgway, she married George P. Gasbarre Sr. He preceded her in death Jan. 29, 2008.
Prior to moving to DuBois in 1970, she and her husband lived in St. Louis, Mo.
She was a homemaker and had previously worked alongside her husband during the founding years of Gasbarre Products.
Kathryn M. Fornal, 90, died peacefully Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at the Morningside Assisted Living Facility in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
Born Oct. 29, 1924 in Ridgway, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Clarabelle (Brunner) Steis.
Surviving are several nieces, Faye Pulvermuller (Karl) of Havana, Fla., Donna Fox (the late James Fox) of Fairview, Sue Saline (Tom), Elaine Steis of Ridgway, Rona Wendall (Steve) of St. Marys; and a nephew, Dave Fornal of Ridgway. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty J. Duffee; a brother, Jack Steis; and a nephew, Jack A. Mecca.
Orville Kenneth Meeks, 75, of 85 Paddocks Dr., Ridgway, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014 at his residence following a brief illness.
He was born Jan. 12, 1939 in Marlinton, W. Va., son of the late Calvin and Mary (Delhunty) Meeks.
He married Marvina Ann Waugh on Oct. 15, 1960.
He had resided in Ridgway for the last 40 years, and he a was a former Marlinton, W.Va. resident.
He was a graduate of the Greenbank High School in Greenbank, W.Va.
Orville was Methodist by faith, and he had been employed by Elcam, Inc. as a machinist for 12 years.
Wayne W. Egger, 65, of 115 East Ave., Ridgway, died Saturday morning, Nov. 22, 2014 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh following a brief illness.
He was born May 28, 1949 in Ridgway, son of the late William S. and Emma Jean (Meredith) Egger.
He married Mary C. Vinski on Aug. 3, 1974.
He had resided in Ridgway all of his life, and he was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ. He was also a member of the CMA in St. Marys.
Wayne was a 1967 graduate of the Ridgway Area High School, and he had attended Penn State.
