Michael W. Manno Jr., 86, of 325 Willow Street, Johnsonburg, died Monday evening, Nov. 21 at the Elk Regional Health Center following a brief illness.
He was born Sept. 4, 1925 in Johnsonburg, son of the late Michael W. and Margaret Knopic Manno. He married the former Sophie A. Czekai in December of 1957 in St. Joseph Church, Mt. Jewett. She preceded him in death on March 15, 2010.
Martha Blessel Wonderly Brendlinger, 86, of 764 Shelvey Summit Rd., Kersey, died Monday morning, Nov. 21, 2011 at her residence following a lengthy illness.
She was born April 22, 1925 in St. Marys, daughter of the late Albert and Appalonia (Portzer) Blessel.
She married John W. Wonderly, who preceded her in death on April 13, 1970. She then married John L. Brendlinger on Nov. 17, 1979, who survives.
Gerald C. “Gerry” Luchini, 58, of Old Byrnedale Rd., Weedville, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at the Altoona Regional Health Center, as a result of injuries sustained in an October 31 trucking accident.
He was born June 12, 1953 in Kersey, son of Helen M. (Fry) Luchini and the late Francis Luchini.
He married Joan A. (Smith) on Aug. 23, 1975, and she survives.
Kenneth E. Reinard, 81, of SR 948, Highland, died late Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011 at the Kane Lutheran Home after a lengthy illness.
He was born March 14, 1930 in Kane, son of the late Walter and Mary Leona (Reisinger) Reinard.
In 1969, he married Dorothy Ann Schneider, who survives.
