Lisa M. Maholtz, 51, of Early Avenue, Ridgway, died Tuesday, Nov. 1 at home after a short illness.
Funeral services for Lisa M. Maholtz will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 at the Johnsonburg United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jay Tennies officiating.
A memorial service for Kenneth W. Parks, 97, who died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011, will be conducted on Saturday, Nov. 19, at 10:30 a.m. at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home, 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg. There will be a James W. Brown Lodge #675 F&AM service and military honors accorded by the Johnsonburg-Wilcox Servicemen's Detail following the memorial service.
It was mistakenly reported in another publication that the service had taken place on Saturday, Nov. 12.
Edith J. Bogacki, 97, of Elk Haven Nursing Home, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 17, 1913, in Rossiter, the daughter of the late Charles and Assunta Nichademas Glasso. On Aug. 27, 1935, she married John J. Bogacki, who predeceased her on March 13, 1989.
Elizabeth Lee 'Betty' Barry, 95, formerly of Ridgway, died Nov. 14, 2011 in Farmville, Va.Â
She was born in Parsons, W Va., the daughter of the late Carl and Sara Duncan Jarvis. Betty married the late Charles Raymond Barry. She loved animals, especially cats, working in her garden and working outside. She enjoyed a simple life. Betty thrived on always giving her time to others and never asked anything in return.Â
