LaVerne J. "Skinny" Gorske, 92, of 426 Willow St., Johnsonburg, died Sunday afternoon, Oct. 24, 2010, at Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home in St. Marys following a short illness.
He was born March 11, 1918 in Erie, son of the late Paul and Agnes Bilgere Gorske. He married Lucille Williams on July 26, 1940 and she preceded him in death on July 15, 1994.
