Kersey Parents charged with kidnapping own child

ST. MARYS – Police descended on downtown St. Marys Monday after a mother and father reportedly kidnapped their own child from a Kersey home and led authorities on a car and foot chase through the city.

Unwanted medicine collection set for Saturday

MARYS – Elk County was the first in the State of Pennsylvania to hold a state-sanctioned medicine collection several years ago, and the Elk County Recycling Office will hold their 11th and 12th medicine collections this year, with the next one scheduled for Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Education Center at Elk Regional Medical Center, 763 Johnsonburg Rd., in St. Marys.
