BROCKPORT â€“Â Area emergency crews reportedly responded to a motor vehicle crash near Cristini's Auto Wrecking along state Route 153 in Brockport on Thursday morning. The Horton Township Fire Department was called to the scene at 10:51 a.m. and the Fox Township Fire Department was then asked to respond at 11:07 a.m. The portion of SR 153 between SR 219 and SR 255 was closed for several hours as a result of the crash, and the roadway reportedly reopened around 3 p.m.
JAY TWP. - On Jan. 3, representatives of the Pennsylvania Game Commission met with a standing-room-only crowd at the Bennetts Valley Senior Center in Weedville to discuss the commission's plan to trap and remove the animals.
