Victim speaks to trauma of burglary in sentencing of intruder

In March, Timothy Brian Pesce, of Kersey, was convicted by an Elk County jury of charges stemming from a Dec. 19, 2010 incident in which a Fox Township homeowner walked in on Pesce in the act of burglarizing her home.
