ST. MARYS - A St. Marys woman has been charged with multiple felony counts of identity theft and related offenses after she allegedly ran up over $13,000 in credit card bills under the assumed identity of an elderly neighbor.

CLARION COUNTY â€” After a 29-year-old man was charged Monday with third-degree murder in the January death of 19-year-old Devan Knapp of Brookville, a second man, 32-year-old Joel Tanner Stark of Rimersburg, has been charged with several criminal conspiracy counts-- including abuse of a corpse and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence-- surrounding Knapp's death and the moving of her body, WJAC-TV reported Tuesday.
