A joint investigation between the Pennsylvania State Police at the Ridgway barracks and the Ridgway Borough Police Department has resulted in the arrest of Francis "Tony" Milliard, 54, and Anthony Milliard, 28, both of Ridgway.
Francis Milliard was apprehended on felony arrest warrants for multiple counts of arson, criminal mischief, and recklessly endangering another person, charges related to a May 30 fire at the residence of Pauline Smith, 521 West Main St. in Ridgway Township.
Anthony Milliard was also charged as a co-defendant in the matter.
