The Osterhout Street, State Route 1014, bypass in Ridgway was opened shortly after 2 p.m. Monday. Crews had been working since March to reconstruct and realign Osterhout Street in order to lessen truck traffic congestion in Ridgway Borough and easily access northbound state Route 219.
JOHNSONBURG – The Johnsonburg Borough Council approved a tentative budget for the 2013 fiscal year that includes a one-mill tax increase in the general fund.
