Nellie Mae Stump, age 84, of Myrtle Street, Johnsonburg, died Thursday, July 25, 2013 at her daughter's home in Leeper after a short, courageous battle with cancer.
She was born April 22, 1929 in Big Run, daughter of the late Irvin and Ruth (Wachob) Henry.
She was married to Robert Stump, who survives. The couple would have celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary Aug. 16.Â Â Â Â Â Â
JOHNSONBURG â€“ Law enforcement authorities completed an investigation Thursday but were unable to explain the cause of the July 12 fire at Domtar paper mill in Johnsonburg, saying only that there are "no suspicious circumstances."

Joan Margaret (May) Stark, 81 of Monroe, Ga., formerly of Ridgway, died Friday, July 19, 2013 at her residence following a stroke.
She was born on June 3, 1932 in Ridgway and is the daughter of the late Marvin and Margaret Stark.
She had resided in Florida most of her life before moving to Georgia in 2006. Mrs. May was a graduate of Ridgway High School in 1950. After her graduation she enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in the administration career field for four years and received an honorable discharge.
