Betty Blanche Claire Myers Rhines, 92 of Dade City, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, May 27, 2013 in Dade City. She was born Feb. 10, 1921 in Ridgway.
Betty was a retired PA School Teacher and attended the First Presbyterian Church in Dade City.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Henry and Harriett Claire Bowersox Myers; her husband, William C. Rhines; and her brother Charles Myers.

BROCKPORT – The Horton Township Board of Supervisors is awaiting a response from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection [DEP] concerning a recycling grant.
JOHNSONBURG – Two teens, charged in a string of vandalism, car theft, and burglary, were in District Court Wednesday where they waived hearings on charges stemming from a crime spree that took place throughout Ridgway Borough over the June 1 weekend.
KERSEY – Six individuals have been arrested and charged in a spate of retail thefts at the Walmart Supercenter in Fox Township that police say totaled over $1,000 in stolen goods.
Carmela Ann "Melly"Â Napolitan, 83, of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the BRMC Pavilion in Bradford.
Born May 25, 1930, in Hazel Hurst, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Antoinette Santaniello Napolitan.
Ms. Napolitan was a graduate of Mansfield University and began her teaching career in Savona, N.Y., in 1952. Later she served as an elementary teacher for 42 years in the Bradford Area School District, retiring in 1995.
Carmela was a member of the Retired Teachers' Association and the St. Joseph's Rosary Society.

HOMER CITY – Johnsonburg's school year may have ended over a week ago but the Rams' success in the PIAA playoffs this season sure hasn't.
Johnsonburg advanced to the PIAA Class A championship game with an 8-1 win over WPIAL champion California in the PIAA semifinals Tuesday night at First Commonwealth Bank Field in Homer City.
